Pool and Spa Openings
Up to and including pool size of 20’X40’ Removal, cleaning, and folding of pool cover. Light power wash of pool deck area. Removal of winterization seals. Recessing deck anchors. Scrub pool walls and floor. Installation of pool equipment including ladders, handrails, automatic cleaners, etc. Reassembly and test mechanicals for summer operation. Application of necessary chemicals. Inspect system operation for productivity, efficiency, and safety.
Waste Vacuum Services
Vacuum pool and spa to waste with portable system. Skim surface for floating debris. Test water with Taylor Brand and Natural Chemistry Test kit and treat water chemistry per results. Backwash DE or Sand filtration system (cartridge cleaning additional charge). Brush tile line, walls, and floor. Empty debris from pump and skimmer baskets—Per hour charge.
Weekly Maintenance
Service includes vacuuming pool and spa. Skim water surface to remove floating debris. Test pool and spa water chemistry for proper levels and adjust accordingly. Chemicals are an additional cost. Backwash filtration system as necessary. Brush tile line and wall as necessary. Empty pump and skimmer baskets. Remove debris from automatic cleaner if present. Furnish service report.
Winter Maintenance
Performed monthly throughout winter months. Removal of water from cover. Monitor water level in pool and Spa. Removal of leaves and debris from cover. Monitor cover placement. Monitor plumbing seals. Test and adjust pH in pool water (if necessary).
Service Call
Per hour charge. Diagnostic and repair of various problems and issues. Equipment that we service and install – Pool pumps, pool filters, pool heaters, sanitation
options including but not limited to: Salt chlorine generation systems, chlorinators, and UV lights, automation systems, lighting systems and transformers, Safety covers, custom covers, and tarp covers, automatic cleaners, pool safety fences.

Utilizing air to clear plumbing lines of water and properly sealing access points. Application of closing chemicals supplied by ESPS.
